Ski Trip
Went skiing on Sat at Whitetail Ski Resort in Pennsylvania, it was fun! But I fell down so many times.. especially on the more difficult slope. I love beginner slopes; they boost your morale. The snow storm got so strong that you couldn't see more than 20m in front of you, and when you're on a steep slope, uh oh..
Unfortunately, the only photo I have of the place is this.
And the school is quite pretty after the snow storm over the weekend. This is the Upper Quad.

CNY Dinner at the Singapore Embassy
All satiated after the dinner. We had char kway teow, among other delicacies. I was lucky to be in the right van, the one that didn't get lost on the journey to Washington D.C. Haha.. the embassy looks quite posh in fact, and is located along International Drive, a pretty neat precinct in DC.

We had a nice little potluck last weekend too. Might as well cook since we're hardly free to do so anyway.

Happy Chinese New Year!!
School has finally started, and first week started off slow and steady. Finalised some initial plans for Spring Break at last. Having scrapped plans to go to California due to exhorbitant plane tickets, we're not headed for London, Paris and the Alps in Switzerland. Can't wait to see Watson in London! We may head up to visit Cambridge over there too.
In other news, I really hope to survive this sem's classes, especially Signals, Systems and Control, my first brush with electrical engineering in my life.
Also, there's the upcoming CNY dinner hosted by the Singapore Embassy in Washington DC which we'll be attending. So exciting!!
